Ordering.
To order a product you like, just click on the Add To Cart button. If the product comes in different sizes, first select the size you require from the Options drop down menu.
When you have finished adding to your shopping cart press the Check out with Paypal button. Here you have the option to choose to pay with a credit or debit card or with your Paypal account if you have one.
Once you have completed the transaction you should hit the return to merchant button which will take you back to the Manjana website.
All prices on the website are given in UK pounds sterling.
Is Paypal Safe To Use?
PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with us, the merchant.
Shipping.
Once we receive your order it will be picked from stock and visually checked before being placed in tamper proof packaging along with your packing note. We aim to ship all orders placed before 2 p.m. the same day, subject to availability. In the unlikely event that the product is out of stock we will contact you by email to let you know. A signature will be required upon delivery by Royal Mail. Any orders placed after 2p.m Saturdays or on Sundays or Bank Holidays will be shipped next working day. In accordance with Royal Mail items sent First Class may take 1-2 days for delivery but this can not be guaranteed.
Returns & Exchanges.
We aim to supply you with only the highest quality items and believe you will be delighted with your product from manjana.co.uk. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase all items are covered by our 10 day refund or exchange promise. Please follow the steps outlined below.
We will give a refund or issue an exchange providing all items are returned in their original condition, unworn and including tags & packaging. The original postage cost is not refundable. If you return an item to us that is faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason that is our fault, we will also pay for the cost of the return postage. If this happens, please contact us first and we will let you know how to send the item back to us.
To return an item please email us at sales@manjana.co.uk and you will be issued with a Returns Authorisation Number (RA#). Return your item/items to the return address on your packing slip. Please include the original packing slip together with any returned goods, please also complete a Reason for Return at the foot of the packing slip. The returns authorisation number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package sent back to us. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.
Lost or Undelivered Parcels.
All parcels are sent Recorded Delivery by Royal Mail which offers Track & Trace, but occasionally items go missing. If this occurs we will send you a claim form for you to sign and return to us. If we are unable to locate your parcel a refund will be issued or if possible a replacement item will be sent out.
Privacy Policy.
We will not rent or sell your name, address, e-mail address or personal information to any third party, ever.
Typographical Errors
In the event that one or more of our products are listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or an error in the pricing of a product due to information received from our suppliers, manjana.co.uk shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card and/or your Paypal account has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, manjana.co.uk shall issue a credit to your credit card and/or Paypal account in the amount charged.
Policy changes.
Manjana.co.uk reserves the right to make changes to any terms or conditions in our Privacy Policy. The changes will be posted in this document. We may change, modify, add or remove portions of this Policy at any time, and any changes will become effective immediately.
