Returns

We strive to provide the highest quality products and we believe that you will be delighted with your choice. If  you are unhappy with your product it can be returned to us following the simple steps outlined below.

We will accept returns up to 10 days after the date of dispatch. If you wish to return an item to us you must first print off and complete the RETURNS FORM .  

The completed returns form must be included with your returned item.

Any returned items must be in the original condition that you received them from us with all packaging and tags intact. Soiled and/or worn goods will not be accepted.

If you wish to exchange an item(s) you have to cover the cost of the return postage but there will be no subsequent postal charge if you request a replacement item(s). For security we suggest you use  Royal Mail Recorded Delivery which requires a signature upon delivery to us.

If you are returning an item to us for a refund through no fault of ours, you must cover the cost of postage back to us. For security we suggest you use  Royal Mail Recorded Delivery which requires a signature upon delivery to us. The amount refunded will be your checkout price less our incurred postal costs. This will be between £0.50 for small items up to aprox £8.00 for larger items.

If you have received an item that is faulty, or has been sent out incorrectly by us, we will refund the cost of any postage due. You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us. For security we suggest you use  Royal Mail Recorded Delivery which requires a signature upon delivery to us.

In the event that you need to return a parcel to us the return address can be clearly found on your return form.
